Caregiver

Located in Wheaton, IL, Wyndemere Senior Living is a continuum of care community that specializes in providing a supportive living environment to our residents. We are looking for Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants to work hand in hand with the nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care to our Assisted Living residents.

Pay

$15-$17/hr with competitive shift differential up to $4/hr.

Schedule

• Full-time AM
• Part-time AM/PM/NOC and PM/PRN
• Must be available every other weekend
• Set schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with high-quality care and assistance with tasks of daily living
• Document care and provide updates to nurses
• Answer assistance calls promptly
• Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms neat and orderly
• Demonstrate teamwork by helping co-workers within and across departments
• Communicate effectively with others, respect diverse opinions and styles, acknowledge the assistance and contributions of others, and demonstrate professionalism

Requirements

• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday
• Continuous standing, turning, stooping, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 95% of the workday
