What do Resident Assistants / Caregivers do?
Provide routine resident care
Observe residents and alert staff to changes
Offer conversation and companionship
Afford assistance with mobility via wheelchair or walker
Afford assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene
Afford assistance with feeding
Perform light cleaning & linen changes
What we seek in our amazing RAs / Caregivers
- Maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations
- Must be 16 years or older
- Compassionate, self-motivated individual
Qualifications
- Must have transportation to and from the facility
