About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team at WelbeHealth. You will be responsible for helping inspire the magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of healthcare and well-being experiences and create the never-before-seen!

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement new healthcare and well-being service products for seniors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences
• Contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that improve the quality of life for seniors and their families
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare and well-being services
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring ideas to life

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with healthcare software and platforms is a plus
