Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement new healthcare and well-being service products tailored specifically for seniors and their families.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing services and explore new opportunities in the market.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features based on user needs and insights.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or related fields, preferably with a focus on seniors’ healthcare and well-being.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform product development decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
