About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our dynamic team at WelbeHealth. You will be responsible for helping us inspire the magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of healthcare and well-being experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new healthcare and well-being services for seniors
• Contribute to the design and development of innovative solutions that enhance the quality of life for seniors and their families
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare and well-being to inform product development
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with company goals
• Support the launch and ongoing management of new products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
