About the role

The Visiting Angels office in Paris seeks caregivers to provide compassionate care to senior adults and those in need within the local area.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Ambulate and assist clients with mobility
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
• Plan and prepare meals with clients' assistance
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Shop for clients or accompany them
• Support clients with routine exercises
• Report any unusual incidents
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies

Requirements

• Passion to serve others
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Housekeeping and cooking skills with dietary constraints in mind
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate attitude
• Good time management and communication skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
