Job Summary

We are urgently hiring compassionate, experienced caregivers to join our team of Angels. We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled individuals.

About the Role

We offer services ranging from simple companionship and personal care to more complex cases for those living with chronic disease, stroke, or recovering from surgery. Our office in Midtown Sacramento serves the local areas including Davis, Woodland, Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to seniors and disabled individuals
• Support individuals with chronic conditions, stroke, or post-surgery recovery
• Match caregivers with clients based on compatibility and skill level
• Schedule caregivers for flexible hours according to their preference
• Receive regular recognition and shift bonuses for fill-in work

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in home care (professional or private)
• Aged 18 or older and able to work legally in the US
• Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 with a valid shot record
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
• Reliable transportation and ability to use a smartphone for EVV and caregiver notes
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual and multilingual caregivers welcome
• Pass extensive background checks, including Live Scan fingerprinting
• Negative TB screening within the last 90 days
• Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry
• Compassionate, understanding, flexible, and a true desire to help others

Pay and Hours

$19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
