Job Summary

We are urgently hiring compassionate, experienced caregivers to join our team of Angels. We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled individuals.

About the Role

We offer services ranging from simple companionship and personal care to more complex cases for those living with chronic disease, stroke, or recovering from surgery. Our office in Midtown Sacramento serves the local area including and many others.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to seniors and disabled individuals
• Support individuals in managing daily activities
• Assist with medication management and appointments
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning and grocery shopping
• Communicate effectively with clients and families
• Ensure safety and comfort of clients

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in-home care (professional or private)
• Aged 18 or older and able to work legally in the US
• Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 with shot record
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills - bilingual and multilingual caregivers welcomed
• Ability to use a smartphone for EVV and caregiver notes
• Pass extensive background checks, including Live Scan fingerprinting
• Negative TB screening within the last 90 days
• Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry
• Compassionate, understanding, flexible, and desire to help others
