Job Summary

The Visiting Angels office in Humble is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate care to senior adults and those in need within the local area. We seek individuals with strong backgrounds in home care or elderly care, a history of community involvement, and big hearts.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Ambulate and assist clients with mobility
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
• Plan and prepare meals with clients' assistance
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Shop for clients or accompany them
• Be a companion and support person
• Report and respond to emergencies

Requirements

• Passion to serve others
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate attitude
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Clean background
