Caregiver

Pay and Hours

• Base pay $15 - $17/hr. an hour, based on your experience
• Bonus hourly pay for weekend shifts, caring for couples, shorter shifts, and other shift types
• You pick your days and times
• Most shifts are just 2 to 4 hours
• Work as little or as much as you want, up to 40 hours a week
• Work any day of the week, most between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Earn more for weekends, holidays, and last-minute shifts
• Get paid every Friday

What You Do

• You help one person stay safe and happy at home
• You might keep them company or cook a meal, do light cleaning, or remind them to take their medicine
• You may help them walk around the house or run errands
• Some seniors need help to bathe or get dressed

What We Look For

• You are kind, on time, and easy to work with
• You are okay working on your own
• You have an Ohio driver's license, a car, and car insurance
• You have a smartphone for your schedule and notes
• Care experience is a plus

Where You Work

You help seniors around Columbus. That includes Dublin, Westerville, Worthington, Upper Arlington, and Gahanna. We find clients close to your home.
