About the role

Join the team at Visiting Angels of Waldorf, MD, serving the Tri-County area: Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary's Counties.

Responsibilities

• Show kindness and empathy towards senior clients
• Provide essential support to seniors at their residence
• Help with medication reminders
• Assist with household errands and provide transportation to and from appointments
• Perform light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation duties
• Some people may need personal care and hygiene assistance - including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable car required
• Able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen
• 3 years of relevant job experience, or current CNA license
• CPR certification
• Social Security card present at time of interview
