About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and assist with medication schedules
- Help with meal preparation and nutrition
- Support with mobility and transportation needs
- Engage in social activities to promote mental well-being
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passing background check and criminal history review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in caregiving or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid and CPR certification
