Caregiver

About the role

As a Caregiver at Touchmark at Georgetown, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living as needed, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting.
• Build relationships with residents and their families, fostering a supportive environment.
• Use the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care to provide emotional support.
• Continue learning and improving caregiving skills while maintaining confidentiality and composure.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
