Caregiver

About the role

Join a mission-driven team as a Caregiver providing community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges, help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, develop meaningful relationships, support community involvement, and take initiative to enhance participants' quality of life.

• Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges
• Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Develop meaningful relationships and support community involvement
• Take initiative to enhance participants' quality of life and foster independence

Requirements

• High school diploma (not required)
• Six months of human services experience preferred
• Strong communication, patience, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
