About the role
The Neighborhood Retirement Community is hiring compassionate and talented on-call Caregivers for our Assisted Living and Memory Support teams. After 90 days in good standing, Caregivers are trained to become Medication Technicians, which includes a higher wage and broader skill set.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in the area of medication administration and personal care assistance to our residents.
- Engage in meaningful interactions with residents on an as-needed basis in an appropriate yet highly individualized manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver in Assisted Living preferred.
- First Aid card and CPR certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations.

- $15.00 - $20.00 / hr DOE
- FTE AM (6:00am - 2:30pm); Tuesday - Saturday
- FTE PM (2:00p - 10:30a); Tuesday - Saturday
- FTE PM (2:00p - 10:30a); Sunday & Monday
- PTE NOC 10:00pm - 6:30am); Sunday & Monday
