About the role
Provide hands-on daily care and support to children with medical complexities.
Responsibilities
- Help kids with activities of daily living and encourage independence.
- Support developmentally appropriate activities and daily schedules.
- Work as part of a caring, multidisciplinary team under nursing supervision.
Requirements
- Great communicator – clear, warm and easy to understand.
- An ability and to really engage with children, not just watch them!
- Comfortable with basic computer use and learning electronic charting.
- Childcare/healthcare experience preferred (not required!).
Qualifications
- Current negative TB test (PPD).
- Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification.
