Caregiver

About the role

Arbor Terrace Highland Park is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for a variety of Part-Time schedules in both Assisted Living and Memory Care. No certification is required! We are happy to train eligible hires who have the right heart and attitude for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to seniors
• Auxiliary residents with activities of daily living
• Encourage resident engagement and socialization
• Create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
• Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• No certification or license required
• Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or customer service experience helpful but not required
• Caregivers must have a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and care for seniors with patience and kindness

Schedule

• Assisted Living: Full-Time | 7AM–3PM, Part-Time | 3PM–11PM, Weekends Only
• Memory Care: Part-Time | 3PM–11PM, Weekends Only
• Flexible Schedule Available
