Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Certification/ License is NOT Required.
• Must have at least 6 months of previous work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.
• Memory Care experience is a plus!

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Additional Compensation: Weekend Differential: Earn an additional $2.00/hour from Saturday at 6:00 AM through Monday at 6:00 AM (care staff positions only).
• Evening Shift Differential: Earn an additional $1.00/hour for 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shifts (care staff positions only).

• Weekends Only: 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am
