Responsibilities

• Assists with household chores, personal hygiene, and provides companionship
• Serves as a companion and ensures clients’ homes are clean, safe, and organized
• Supports clients with shopping, appointments, and other activities outside the home
• Performs or assists with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, hair care, mouth care, and dressing
• Maintains timely service records of home visits
• Attends and participates in client care conferences, staff meetings, and agency committee meetings

Qualifications

• Valid, current driver’s license and access to a reliable automobile
• At least 18 years old
• One year or more personal care experience in a home care setting preferred
