Caregiver

Role Overview

We are seeking an outstanding Certified Caregiver to join our team at La Sonora at Dove Mountain. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the stellar lifestyle they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Document services provided, changes of condition and observations from the shift
• Follow the activity calendar and assist resident in participation

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• Previous experience working in Memory Care
• A love for seniors
