About the role

Our Caregiver position in Royal Oak, MI is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care services including but not limited to personal hygiene, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients' families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Proficiency in using common office software.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Caregivers are required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
