With our dedicated team and experienced staff, we provide person-centered services that help people build skills, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants build skills in areas like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Support participants with developmental goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
