Responsibilities

• Help people grow, learn, and live well.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Experience ownership and trust from leaders to do what’s right for participants.
• Take the initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide caregiving for people with a variety of needs, including autism and similar conditions.
• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs, including autism and related conditions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Skills

• Cooking, cleaning, assisting with personal care (eating, dressing, bathing, toileting).
• Ability to stay calm and problem solve in stressful situations.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (required for some positions).

Pay

$14.75 hourly with On Demand Pay options.

Schedule

Full‑time weekend days; daytime and overnight shifts available.
