Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $17.81
• Schedule: Thurs - Sat (10pm - 6am) - Residential setting
• Pay on Demand, Full benefits package for full-time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match

What You’ll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

Vehicle

• Valid Driver's license for at least one year and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
