Caregiver

About the role

Wage is $16 per hour. We have a full-time open working Week 1- Wed-8a-3p, Thurs 8a-8p, Fri 8a-3p, Week 2- Wed 8a-3p, Thurs 8a-8p, Frid 8a-3p.

Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Assist people with their personal hygiene
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent not required
• Experience: We provide paid training
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
