Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants.
• Take the initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist with personal hygiene and provide support to individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs, including autism and related conditions.
• Help with tasks such as cooking, cleaning, assisting with personal care, such as eating, dressing, bathing and toileting.
• Stay calm and problem solve in stressful situations.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance in some positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Skills

• Cooking.
• Cleaning.
• Assisting with personal care, such as eating, dressing, bathing and toileting.
• The ability to stay calm and problem solve in stressful situations.

Pay

• $14.75 hourly with On Demand Pay Options.

Schedule

• Weekday Dayshift.
