Available Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Full Time
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Part Time, Full Time
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM: Full Time
Pay & Benefits
Rates start at $20 – $22 per hour based on work experience.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do
- Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
- Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
- Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
- Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
- Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
- Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect
Requirements
- Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
- Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise
