Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Assist with personal care
• Companionship
• Aid with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned

Requirements

• Open availability for day shifts

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide compassionate care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions)

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
