Novellus Clairemont is looking for reliable and compassionate Caregivers to assist residents with everyday needs in a collaborative care setting. No prior experience is required—we provide training for the right candidates. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent English communication required
• Caregiver must have a compassionate mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities

• Absorb and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Promote a safe and comfortable living environment while encouraging independence and personal choice
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or cognitive condition; accurately document care activities
• Provide additional support for residents with increased care needs, emphasizing compassion, patience, and engagement
