Caregiver

About the role

Right at Home in Central Oregon is a locally owned in‑home care agency that values both caregivers and clients. As a caregiver you will provide one‑on‑one in‑home support to seniors, veterans, disabled adults, post‑op patients, and elderly individuals from diverse backgrounds. The position is based primarily in Sisters, OR, with additional work available in Redmond, Bend, Prineville, La Pine, Madras, Sunriver, Culver, Powell Butte, Crooked River Ranch, Terrebonne, and surrounding areas. Part‑time and full‑time schedules are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
• Help with medication reminders
• Support toileting, hygiene, and grooming
• Assist with dressing and personal care
• Experience with hospice, dementia, or Alzheimer’s care is a plus but not required; training is provided

Requirements

• Caregiver experience preferred (training available if needed)
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Ability to pass an extensive background check, including motor vehicle records check

Pay

$23.50 per hour, with shift differential on certain shifts and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule

Part‑time and full‑time positions available; shift differential applies to some shifts.
