Position Summary

Reliably Home Care Providers, Inc. seeks a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to support an elderly female client in Mundelein, Illinois. The ideal candidate should be patient, reliable, and experienced with personal care and safe transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers from bed to wheelchair/chair
• Assist with toileting and hygiene
• Prepare and assist with feeding lunch
• Accompany the client outdoors and push the wheelchair for short walks around the neighborhood
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning the bathroom, and the kitchen after use
• Provide companionship and respectful, attentive care
• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Previous caregiving experience, especially with mobility assistance, preferred
• Experience with safe transfers and personal care
• Caregiver must be compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to lift and safely assist a client weighing approximately 90 lbs
• Reliable transportation
