About the role

We are Regency Village at Redmond, a retirement and assisted living community in Redmond, OR. We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior residents with personal services, medication administration, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Note changes in the resident's condition and communicate any problems, concerns, or issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds to an appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees to support their dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment.

Requirements

Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving. New to healthcare, we offer training.
