Caregiver

About the role

We are Regency Village at Prineville, a retirement and assisted living community in Prineville, OR. We are seeking compassionate caregivers to support our senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the daily well-being of residents through personal services, medication assistance, and social-recreational activities.
• Note changes in resident condition and communicate problems, concerns, and issues with appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines.
• Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents.

Requirements

• Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving.
• New to healthcare, we offer training.
• Compose reports in English.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
