About the role

We are Regency Village at Bend, a retirement and assisted living community in beautiful Bend, OR. We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior residents with daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks.
• Follow the resident service plan, including assisting with bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other ADLs.
• Note changes in the resident condition and communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds to an appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines.
• Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents.

Requirements

• Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving.
• If new to healthcare, we will provide training.
• Compose reports in English.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

Hourly Rate starts at $20.60 an hour / $0.50 Shift Differential - Evening Shift / $2.00 Shift Differential - NOC Shift
