About the role
Provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes, focusing on health, safety, and daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medication as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals
- Engage in light exercise and physical therapy as needed
- Ensure home safety and security
- Communicate regularly with clients and caregivers
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/cpr certification
- Passing background check
- Experience in caregiving or related field
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of common medical conditions
- Basic computer literacy
