Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to residents, including personal hygiene, medication management, and daily activities.
• Assist residents with meals, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care plans for residents.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
• Problem-solving skills and empathetic nature are essential.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• At least 18 years of age.
