This Swing (2P-10P) and Noc (10P-6A) Shift Caregiver positions at Everbloom Memory Care offer an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Providing care and support to our residents will not only be fulfilling but will also allow you to develop meaningful relationships with those you assist.

What would you do as a Caregiver?

As a new Caregiver at Everbloom Memory Care, you can expect to provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Your compassion and dedication will be essential in helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate team members. You will be scheduled part-time, but there are opportunities to grow into full-time, with swing and noc shifts available, and occasional first shift openings. Our mission is ensuring that our residents receive the care they need during these crucial hours, and our team works collaboratively and cohesively from one shift to another.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Basic computer proficiency, and fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus*

Essential skills will enable you to effectively communicate with residents, follow care plans, and document observations accurately. Additionally, being detail-oriented, compassionate, and having a strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role.
