Responsibilities

• Aid residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as outlined in their service and care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report any observed or suspected resident changes of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, adhering to established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Requirements

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided to the right candidate.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Must be willing to comply with Oakmont Management Group's policies regarding vaccination, daily screenings, surveillance testing, and wearing face coverings and PPE to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
