Responsibilities
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care
- Execute the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercises
- Meet client safety needs and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your experience and knowledge while practicing safely and competently
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the Albuquerque and surrounding area
- Cover all visit times (7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–7:00) on weekdays and weekends
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is an asset
- Must be able to speak and write in English; other languages are an asset
- Current TB screen and criminal record check
- Must be legally authorized to work in New Mexico
- Valid driver's license required
