About the Role

We are looking for Caregivers to join our team at Morningside House of Blue Bell, a leading personal care and memory care community in Blue Bell, PA. Schedule

Available shifts: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a. Positions available for Full Time, Part-Time, or PRN/Per Diem.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort service
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set by the supervisor
• Provide emotional and social support to residents
• Document daily logs of assistance
• Inform the supervisor of any resident issues or concerns
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of residents
• Maintain resident confidentiality
• Be familiar with emergency equipment and procedures
• Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings
• Maintain a safe working environment through accident prevention, equipment preservation, and safe working practices
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree
