Caregiver at Montage Creek
About the role
Caregivers at Montage Creek assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.
Responsibilities
- Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership
- Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation
- Incorporate Generation's Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient

Schedule
- Part-time, Thursdays & Fridays, from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Part-time, Thursdays through Saturdays, from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
- 8-Hour shifts
- Weekends needed and holiday availability preferred
