Join our team as a Community Supported Living Caregiver and make a positive impact by supporting individuals with disabilities, aging adults, or those with mental health challenges to live independently. Provide individualized assistance with daily living skills, including chores, housekeeping, wellness, and transportation, fostering independence and community engagement. Offer companionship, problem-solving, and guidance to promote health and safety. Responsibilities include medication monitoring, documentation, and participating in team meetings and ongoing training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet auto insurance requirements. Preferred Certifications Include First Aid & CPR. Part-time role with mileage reimbursement, 403B contribution options, and employee assistance programs. Daily travel may be required.
