Role Overview

This position involves providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering independence and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and support personal development goals such as budgeting, nutrition, and independent living skills.
• Assist with personal hygiene and offer compassionate support for behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Engage individuals in community activities, social events, and daily adventures to promote socialization and fun.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure the well-being of those supported, acting with patience and reliability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
• A compassionate, patient, responsible, and dependable attitude.
