Caregiver

Gateway Gardens offers a supportive work environment with a strong focus on work/life balance. We provide 12-hour shifts that allow you to work 3½ days and enjoy 3½ days off each week, totaling 42 hours per week (including 2 hours of built-in overtime).

Pay

• Starting wage: $15.55–$20.73 per hour (DOE)
• Additional $2.00 per hour for night (NOC) shifts
• Additional $1.25 campus differential (McKenzie Living Eugene, McKenzie Living Springfield, and Specific Need Division at Gateway Living)
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Competitive wages with a review and eligible increase at 3 months
• Time and a half for 12 holidays
• Paid time off for working on your birthday (12 hours of PTO)

Schedule

• Two 12-hour shift options:
  • Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night (NOC) shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Choose between two schedule blocks:
  • Sunday – Wednesday
  • Wednesday – Saturday
• 42 hours of paid time off per year (increases after 2 years of employment)
