Same-day pay available! Part-time positions with all shifts open.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual resident needs.
• Interact daily with residents to improve their quality of life.
• Assist residents with dining, including preparing/cleaning the dining room, helping with food selection, serving beverages and food, and promoting a pleasant and inviting dining environment.
• Encourage social interaction among residents during meals.

Requirements

• Passion for helping seniors.
• Desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere for residents, family, friends, and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Certified Nursing Assistant certification not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.
