About the role

Cape Cod Senior Residences is seeking dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Associates (RCAs) to join our team. As part of our caring and fun work environment, RCAs provide direct care to our senior residents, helping them with daily living activities and engaging in various activities.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability: Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise

Pay

Rates start at $20 per hour

Schedule

• Part Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Weekdays and Weekends
