Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while respecting their dignity, safety, and privacy.
• Report any observed or suspected changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to established safety standards.
• Collaborate with co-workers and other departments to promote teamwork.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including a physical and TB test.

Qualifications

• Must possess the ability to work flexible hours, including shifts from 2:00pm - 10:00pm Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm Sunday - Thursday, and 6:00am - 2:00pm Sunday - Thursday.
• Must be able to pass a Health Screening test, including a physical and TB test.
• Must be willing to comply with vaccination requirements, daily screenings, surveillance testing, and wearing face coverings and PPE to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
