About the role

The Carlotta is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. We provide exceptional quality, comfort, and care with five-star services and amenities. The Care Provider position involves assisting residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and ensuring their safety, dignity, and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADLs as outlined in their service and care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident changes of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided for the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear PPE due to regulatory guidelines.
