As a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver, you will help make a difference in the lives of adults with a range of mental capabilities by providing in‑home services under the supervision of the Program Manager. Hope is hiring for all shifts, especially weekends, and provides paid training if you don’t have prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitative plans.
• Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and medication.
• Providing supervision and engagement.
• Facilitating community outings (must be a driver).

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and three years of licensed driving experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check through DSHS.
• Available to work at least one weekend shift per week.

Pay

Wage: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

All shifts available, with particular need for weekend coverage. Must be available to work at least one weekend shift each week.
