About the role

At Home Instead, we're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to become Care Pros to support day-to-day living with aging adults in our communities. If you are looking to commit some of your time to making a big impact in the lives of seniors in your community, we can be flexible and your time and compassion will make a life-changing difference.

Responsibilities

• Companionship, conversation, and activities to engage aging adults
• Personal care assistance
• Light housekeeping & meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Medication reminders

Requirements

• Your own reliable vehicle for the purposes of your shifts
• A current valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as a listed driver for the vehicle you will take for the purposes of your shifts
• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Records Check
• A smartphone
• An adaptable and willing mindset for service

Qualifications

While no prior experience is required, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is a plus.

Pay

$18.50–$21/hr based on qualifications
